Ingredients
  

  • 112 grams Vegan noodles We recommend Organic cha soba green tea noodles by Hakubaku | But use whatever low calorie noodles you have available.
  • 1 cups Water
  • 50 grams Yellow Onions
  • 4 tbsp Tamari sauce or soy sauce (all optional)
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Chili Garlic paste optional

Seasonings: All optional

  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 4 tbsp Red pepper Flakes

Toppings: All Optional

  • 15 grams Cherry tomatoes (Optional)
  • 15 grams Cilantro (Optional)
  • 75 grams Mushrooms Your preferred mushrooms (Optional)
  • 35 grams Avocado (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • (Try other veggies like bok choy, aspargus, sauteed spinach)
  • Cook onions until seared in a pot, add chopped garlic. sautee for 2 minutes.
  • Add soy sauce and water
  • Add seasonings. (taste as you go, you might want more things)
  • Make your noodles in a seperate pot, drain.
  • In a bowl: add noodles, then broth and then top with whatever you want!
