- 425 grams Vegan Stir Fry Mix
Cook seitan until crispy or desired texture and put aside.
Sauté: Rip the frozen veggies bag and pour into a wok or large skillet. Add all ingredients. Sauté until veggies are almost tender.
Whisk: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, garlic, red pepper
Mix: Pour over veggies and cook until the sauce has thickened.
