- 114 grams Banza Chickpea Pasta - Penne
- 50 grams mushrooms Any kind
- 75 grams Yellow Onions Chopped
- 1 serving Beyond Sausage Brat
- 150 grams Asparagus
- 130 grams Tomato sauce (pick a low calorie option)
- 12 grams Nutritional Yeast optional
- ½ serving Jalapeno pepper
Seasonings
- 1 tsp Pink Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
Spray pan with low to zero calorie oil. Saute Mushrooms and Red onions. Add any seasoning you'd like. Try Garlic powder with salt.
Cook Penne per box instructions.
once noodles are drained and rinsed, add them to your skillet.
Pour tomato sauce, add mushroom mix along with the other toppings.
mix gently until fully covered. Add cilantro on top as a garnish
