In a medium saucepan, add 1 can (240 grams) of drained and rinsed black beans, 1 cup diced tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, sazon and cumin.
Simmer mixture for about 5 -10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Slightly mash beans if desired.

If you want the cheese melted, I use meal prep tops to add the cheese on in. Throw it in the microwave for 10-15 seconds, then place it on the tortilla.
