I understand that it’s not easy staying consistent with training. It can be difficult to find energy and motivation.
I still fight this battle from time to time, but I also understand that I have to prioritize myself in order to give others my best. It’s time for you to do the same and stop wishing for results. and actually start putting the work in to make that transformation a reality.
Every minute that’s spent daydreaming and not working to get closer to your dream body, is literally another minute of your life wasted.. Thinking about what could’ve been.
