Rip/tear seitan into pieces and cook in skillet with a low to zero calorie cook oil spray , then add preferred seasonings. (ex. pink salt, sazon, cumin, pepper)
Sauté Onions, mushrooms in a skillet.
Once they're cooked, pour into the skillet on top of the seitan.
Add in the red cabbage, carrots and peppers.
Turn the skillet on low, Add in sauces and stir.
Start prepping the lettuce on a plate as shown in the video, ideally each wrap should contain at least 3 pieces of Butterhead lettuce.
Add the protein on top of the Lettuce wrap.
Add and extra toppings and enjoy.
