Spiral out 3 to 4 zucchini place in a large bowl to the side.
Blend the remaining ingredients with enough water to help it blend. Consistency should be slighty thick. Season to taste. (Salt, paprika, cumin, pepper,)
Mix all ingredients! Add sauce in slow increments to not over sauce it. Serve and enjoy.
(If you'd like to cook it, cook half the noodles on high for 2 minutes-mix back in with the raw -then add sauce).
