  • 650 grams Zucchini
  • 300 grams avocado
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 10 grams green onion
  • 1 tbsp Jalapeno pepper
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Salt


  • Spiral out 3 to 4 zucchini place in a large bowl to the side.
  • Blend the remaining ingredients with enough water to help it blend. Consistency should be slighty thick. Season to taste. (Salt, paprika, cumin, pepper,)
  • Mix all ingredients! Add sauce in slow increments to not over sauce it. Serve and enjoy.
  • (If you’d like to cook it, cook half the noodles on high for 2 minutes-mix back in with the raw -then add sauce).
