Instructions
Sauté onions and oyster mushrooms (Oyster Mushrooms are OPTIONAL, not Required) in a skillet over medium heat. Take out and set aside.
Sauté Spinach in the same skillet.
Cook beyond burger until preferred texture-We suggest about 8 mins on each side on med-high. The Beyond Burger has no need for oil or butter in the pan
Seasonings with pepper and salt. and Optional seasonings: Add tumeric, cumin, garlic salt, and pepper.
Notes
Tip: Cook until lightly blackened on each side for a more crispy texture.Use whatever condiments you'd like. on toasted bread: add avocado as the "Mayo" to the bottom of the bun, add vegan pattie, add onions and mushrooms and any other ingredients you'd like. (Tomato slice, arugula, hot peppers etc). Should you add non-vegetable items, make sure you measure them.
