Make your workouts a non-negotiable in your schedule. The more consistent you are right out the gate, the faster training will become habit.
Nutrition: Go through Nutrition Guide to understand the “how” behind it, then use the Macro Calculator to find your calorie and protein targets. Once you have those, then you can plan your week out in advance (as much as possible, anyway).
