Ingredients
- 200 grams Black Beans
- 3 tortilla Mission Corn Tortillaas
- 50 gram Diced Tomatoes and Chilles
- 35 gram Avocado
- 20 gram Iceburg Lettuce
- 40 gram Tomatoes
Seasonings (optional)
- 3 tsp Sazón Goya or Cajun Spice Mix
- 2 tsp Pink Salt
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
Sauces & Salsa
- 1 tbsp Hot Sauce
- 2 tbsp Salsa
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, add 1 can (240 grams) of drained and rinsed black beans, 1 cup diced tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, sazon and cumin.
- Simmer mixture for about 5 -10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Slightly mash beans if desired.

Optional
- If you want the cheese melted, I use meal prep tops to add the cheese on in. Throw it in the microwave for 10-15 seconds, then place it on the tortilla.
