Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams Black Beans
  • 3 tortilla Mission Corn Tortillaas
  • 50 gram Diced Tomatoes and Chilles
  • 35 gram Avocado
  • 20 gram Iceburg Lettuce
  • 40 gram Tomatoes

Seasonings (optional)

  • 3 tsp Sazón Goya or Cajun Spice Mix
  • 2 tsp Pink Salt
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin

Sauces & Salsa

  • 1 tbsp Hot Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Salsa

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan, add 1 can (240 grams) of drained and rinsed black beans, 1 cup diced tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, sazon and cumin.
  • Simmer mixture for about 5 -10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Slightly mash beans if desired.
  • Slightly mash beans if desired. Add mix to warmed tortillas with desired toppings.

Optional

  • If you want the cheese melted, I use meal prep tops to add the cheese on in. Throw it in the microwave for 10-15 seconds, then place it on the tortilla.
