Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams Gardein Ground Crumbles
  • 3 tortilla Mission Corn Tortillaas
  • 30 gram Vegan Cheese
  • 20 gram Diced Tomatoes and Chiles
  • 25 gram Avocado Chopped
  • 20 gram Iceburg Lettuce
  • 40 gram Red Cabbage

Seasonings (optional)

  • 3 tsp Sazón Goya or Cajun Spice Mix
  • 2 tsp Pink Salt
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin

Sauces & Salsa

  • 1 tbsp Hot Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Salsa

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan, add frozen bag of Ground crumbles, 2o grams of diced tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, sazon and cumin.
  • Simmer mixture for about 5 -10 minutes, stirring throughout.
  • Heat Tortillas on the skillet and flip until crispy or desired texture
  • If you want the cheese melted, add 30 grams of vegan cheese into columns on the skillet to melt, then place 1 tortilla on each of the 3 columns on the skillet.
  • Take tortillas and add them on a place or taco holder
  • Add mix to warmed tortillas with desired toppings.
