  • 250 grams Unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk
  • 115 grams Banana
  • 15 grams Oats Frozen or Fresh
  • 12 grams Powered Peanut Butter
  • 15 grams Walnuts
  • 4 grams Hemp seeds
