Ingredients
- 112 grams Vegan noodles We recommend Organic cha soba green tea noodles by Hakubaku | But use whatever low calorie noodles you have available.
- 1 cups Water
- 50 grams Yellow Onions
- 4 tbsp Tamari sauce or soy sauce (all optional)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Chili Garlic paste optional
Seasonings: All optional
- 1 tbsp Ginger
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Cumin
- 4 tbsp Red pepper Flakes
Toppings: All Optional
- 15 grams Cherry tomatoes (Optional)
- 15 grams Cilantro (Optional)
- 75 grams Mushrooms Your preferred mushrooms (Optional)
- 35 grams Avocado (Optional)
Instructions
- (Try other veggies like bok choy, aspargus, sauteed spinach)
- Cook onions until seared in a pot, add chopped garlic. sautee for 2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and water
- Add seasonings. (taste as you go, you might want more things)
- Make your noodles in a seperate pot, drain.
- In a bowl: add noodles, then broth and then top with whatever you want!
