Ingredients
- 450 grams Green, Red, and/or Yellow bell peppers all 4 colors Green, Orange, Yellow, Red
- 35 grams Yellow Onions
- 15 grams Cilantro
- 2 tbsp Garlic minced
- 20 grams tomatoes
- 3 grams olive oil I prefer sesame oil
Seasonings:
- 1 tsp Pink Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 1 tsp Lemon pepper
- 1 tsp Black pepper
Optional seasonings
- 1 tsp Jerk seasoning
- 1 tsp Sazon
