Ingredients
  

  • 450 grams Green, Red, and/or Yellow bell peppers all 4 colors Green, Orange, Yellow, Red
  • 35 grams Yellow Onions
  • 15 grams Cilantro
  • 2 tbsp Garlic minced
  • 20 grams tomatoes
  • 3 grams olive oil I prefer sesame oil

Seasonings:

  • 1 tsp Pink Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1 tsp Lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Optional seasonings

  • 1 tsp Jerk seasoning
  • 1 tsp Sazon
