- 300 grams Green, Red, and/or Yellow bell peppers
- 75 grams mushrooms
- 110 grams sugar snap peas
- 100 grams green onion
- 300 grams broccoli florets
- 75 grams Yellow Onions
Instructions
- Sauté: In a wok or large skillet. Add coconut oil spray over medium high heat. Add all ingredients. Sauté until veggies are almost tender.
- Whisk: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, garlic, red pepper
- Mix: Pour over veggies and cook until the sauce has thickened.
- Garnish: add chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
