Ingredients
  

  • 300 grams Green, Red, and/or Yellow bell peppers
  • 75 grams mushrooms
  • 110 grams sugar snap peas
  • 100 grams green onion
  • 300 grams broccoli florets
  • 75 grams Yellow Onions

Instructions
 

  • Sauté: In a wok or large skillet. Add coconut oil spray over medium high heat. Add all ingredients. Sauté until veggies are almost tender.
  • Whisk: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, garlic, red pepper
  • Mix: Pour over veggies and cook until the sauce has thickened.
  • Garnish: add chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
