Ingredients
  

  • 224 grams Vegan Chicken Seitan by Natures Soy
  • 425 grams Vegan Stir Fry Mix

Instructions
 

  • Cook seitan until crispy or desired texture and put aside.
  • Sauté: Rip the frozen veggies bag and pour into a wok or large skillet. Add all ingredients. Sauté until veggies are almost tender.
  • Whisk: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, garlic, red pepper
  • Mix: Pour over veggies and cook until the sauce has thickened.
  • Add everything to your plate/bowl and devour

Optional

  • Garnish: add chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
