- Wok or skillet
- 224 grams Vegan Chicken Seitan by Natures Soy
- 425 grams Vegan Stir Fry Mix
- Cook seitan until crispy or desired texture and put aside.
- Sauté: Rip the frozen veggies bag and pour into a wok or large skillet. Add all ingredients. Sauté until veggies are almost tender.
- Whisk: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, garlic, red pepper
- Mix: Pour over veggies and cook until the sauce has thickened.
- Add everything to your plate/bowl and devour
- Garnish: add chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
