  • 228 grams Vegan Beef Seitan by Natures Soy Use an alternate Protein source if you don't have this one in your local area
  • 80 grams Lentils or beans
  • 45 grams Asparagus or your preferred veggie
  • 100 grams Yellow Onions Use whichever onions you prefer

Optional Ingredients

  • 1 pepper Jalapeno pepper
  • 45 grams Tomatoes
  • 25 grams Avocado


  • Rip/tear seitan into pieces and cook in skillet with a low to zero calorie cook oil spray , then add preferred seasonings. (ex. pink salt, sazon, cumin, pepper)2
  • Cook lentils as shown in the virtual kitchen or per bag instructions3
  • Cook Asparagus as shown in the virtual kitchen or sautee with salt4
  • Saut√© Onions and mushrooms in a skillet.5
  • Place each ingredient next to each other in a bowl. (add some fun sauce to it if you like, sriracha is yummy.)
