Ingredients
- 224 grams Vegan Chicken Seitan by Natures Soy Use an alternate Protein source if you prefer
- 135 grams Purple Sweet Potato Chop up
- 135 grams Asparagus sautéed or your preferred veggie
- 150 grams Baby Spinach sautéed or your preferred veggie
- 170 grams King Oyster Mushrooms Use whichever mushrooms you prefer
- 118 grams Yellow Onions Use whichever onions you prefer
Optional Ingredients
- 8 gram Serrano pepper minced
- 10 gram tomato chopped
Instructions
- Rip/tear seitan into chucks, put it in the air fryer, then add preferred seasonings. (ex. onion powder, Sazón, cumin, pepper). Add low-calorie G.Hughes bbq sauce. Air Fry for 10 minutes on 400 degrees, check every 3 minutes to rotate.
- Wash the king oyster mushrooms in cool water to wash off any dirt. Grab a sharp knife, slice the mushroom stem into rounds. Cut crisscross diagonal lines across the rounds about halfway through the mushroom on both sides.
- Chop up Asparagus and onions, then sauté in skillet as shown in the video.
- Sauté spinach in skillet with onion powder, Sazón and cumin.
- Place each ingredient next to each other in a bowl. (add some fun sauce to it if you like, sriracha is yummy.)
- Cut up the purple sweet potatoe and place the pieces in the air fryer, then add preferred seasonings. (ex. onion powder, Sazón, cumin, pepper). Add low-calorie G.Hughes bbq sauce. Air Fry for 10 minutes on 400 degrees, check every 3 minutes to rotate.
