How To Sauté Asparagus

Ingredients:

  • Spray Coconut Oil Cooking Spray
  • 1 bunch asparagus, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon pink salt, or to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste

Chop the ends of the asparagus off. 

Lightly Spray Coconut oil cooking spray in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the asparagus spears, season with salts and garlic powder, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until asparagus is tender.

If you like your asparagus well done, reduce heat and cook an additional 10 minutes.
