How To Sauté Onions

  1. Slice your onions
  2. In a large sauté pan or skillet, heat the cooking spray oil over medium high heat. Add the onion and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add seasonings and cook another 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Taste to assess doneness and add a little salt until the flavor is ideal
