Ingredients
  

  • 114 grams Banza Chickpea Pasta – Penne
  • 50 grams mushrooms Any kind
  • 75 grams Yellow Onions Chopped
  • 1 serving Beyond Sausage Brat
  • 150 grams Asparagus
  • 130 grams Tomato sauce (pick a low calorie option)
  • 12 grams Nutritional Yeast optional
  • ½ serving Jalapeno pepper

Seasonings

  • 1 tsp Pink Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • Spray pan with low to zero calorie oil. Saute Mushrooms and Red onions. Add any seasoning you’d like. Try Garlic powder with salt.
  • Cook Penne per box instructions.
  • once noodles are drained and rinsed, add them to your skillet.
  • Pour tomato sauce, add mushroom mix along with the other toppings.
  • mix gently until fully covered. Add cilantro on top as a garnish
  • Taste as you go, add seasonings where needed.
