Ingredients
- 2 burgers beyond burger
- 1.5 Bun Sara Lee Sweet Hawaiian Sandwich Buns You can use low calorie buns to save calories
- 2 slice Follow heart Smoked Gouda Cheese
- 30 gram Avocado
- 50 gram Yellow Onions
- 1 leaf Iceburg Lettuce
Instructions
- Cook beyond burger until preferred texture-We suggest about 8 mins on each side on med-high. The Beyond Burger has no need for oil or butter in the pan
- In the same skillet used to cook the burger, Sauté onions and mushrooms (Mushrooms are OPTIONAL, not Required) in a skillet over medium heat. Take out and set aside.
- Seasonings with pepper and salt. and Optional seasonings: Add tumeric, cumin, garlic salt, and pepper.
