What Results Can You Expect?

Sooo here’s what you really want to know, right?

While results will vary, you can expect to lose between 1-2 pounds per week.

Initially, you may even lose up to 3-5 pounds your first week. This is primarily due to eating less food than normal and losing water weight.

After that, expect to regularly burn a pound.

Depending on your starting weight; every month you should drop about 6-8 pounds of fat and your waist should be down about 1 inch. Most of you who are brand new to this lifestyle might even lose 8-10 pounds the first month, just due to the changes in your routines alone.

After 12 consistent weeks of our program​, your waist should be down 4-5 inches, possibly more depending on your starting point. ​Isn’t that a massive drop!?
